ASSIGNMENT
OR MERGER RECORDATION AGAINST PATENTS
The
rights that arise from an application, patent
or register can be totally or partially assigned
or transfered. This assignment or merger must
be registered at the Industrial Property Office
in order to have effects over third parties.
An appropriate document
of assignment, duly executed by
the proper officer of both companies before
a Public Notary.
Power
of Attorney executed by the new
proprietor attested by a Notary Public.(Both
documents must be duly legalized by a Consul
of Panama or by the Seal of Apostille)
