CHANGE OF DOMICILE RECORDATION AGAINST PATENTS
In
order to file the change of domicile of a patent
or register it will be necessary to submit:
An Affidavit of Change of
Domicile, attested by a Public Notary.
Power
of Attorney executed by the proprietor,
attested by a Public Notary.
*(Both
documents must be duly legalized by a Consul of
Panama or by the Seal of Apostille)
