CHANGE OF TITLE
In
order to file the change of title of a patent
or register the following documents are required:
An official certificate or another document
clearly establishing the change of title.
Power
of Attorney executed by the proprietor,
attested by a Public Notary.
*(Both
documents must be duly legalized by a Consul of
Panama or by the Seal of Apostille)
