MARK CHANGE OF NAME:
In order to record a Change of Name in Panama,
the following documents are necessary:
An appropriate document of change of
name, executed by a proper governmental authority,
before a Public Notary.
Power
of Attorney executed by the new proprietor,
attested by a Public Notary. (Both documents must
be duly legalized by a Consul of Panama or by
the Seal of Apostille) |
