In order to record an Assignment in Panama, the
following documents are necessary:
An appropriate document
of assignment, duly executed by the
proper officer of both companies before a Public
Notary.
Power
of Attorney executed by the new proprietor
attested by a Notary Public.(Both documents must
be duly legalized by a Consul of Panama or by
the Seal of Apostille)
