TRADEMARK/SERVICE MARK MERGERS:
In order to record a Merger in Panama, the following
documents are necessary:
A document issued by the proper governmental
authorities certifying the merger of the companies,
before a Notary Public.
Power
of Attorney executed by the new proprietor
attested by a Notary Public.
