Foundations in Panama:
A Panamanian Private Interest Foundation offers
a unique legal entity, which acts like a Trust
and operates like a company. It has numerous advantages,
such as total secrecy and anonymity, no requirement
to disclose beneficiaries, no requirement to file
annual returns or financial statements, full exemption
from taxation on any business activity or transactions
carried outside Panama, simple ongoing administration,
complete management privacy and confidentiality.

Interest Foundations are an ideal alternative
regarding the security of client investment portfolios,
or for the protection of the founders beneficiaries
and/or close friends.
The
constitutional procedure is simple and the Foundation
Charter may be written in any language if submitted
together with its Spanish translation. Other requirements
for Foundations are minimal.
Panamanian
Private Interest Foundations are eminently suitable
international instruments for making payments
to designated beneficiaries or members of one
or more specified families. Payments may be for
their maintenance, education, up-bringing, clothing
and other relief, assigning funds of a Family
Foundation for general purposes, outside the family,
for charitable or church purposes, for inheritance
purposes similar to a will, or any clearly defined
asset protection purpose.
